The NENBA keeps a reference log of complaints regarding local businesses. Residents/consumers who have a complaint about a local business or who are in the midst of a dispute with a local business may utilize the NENBA’s business complaint reporting system. Click here to submit your report, please provide as many details as possible. If you don't have email or internet access, you may contact us by phone and we'll send you a complaint report form to fill out and return to us.
